1998 – A New Business Plan
Glenn embarked on the formal initiation of his business plan. Guided by the goal to bridge the gap between business strategy, marketing, and technology, Glenn aspired to create a company that seamlessly integrated these elements. His vision set the foundation for a thriving enterprise with strategic innovation and integrated solutions.
1998 – First IT Consulting Company
Glenn's vision began to come to life as he founded his very first IT consulting company, Formation V Consulting.
1998 – World Synergy Formed
Shortly after, Glenn’s vision began to expand. He then launched a second company that focused on digital marketing and web development. In collaboration with the Digital Agency Campbell Ewald, World Synergy initiated its journey by crafting websites and web applications for renowned brands like Chevrolet, AC Delco, OnStar, and Disney.
2001 – The Merge
Three years later, Glenn merged Formation V Consulting and World Synergy into one cohesive unit. The name "World Synergy" embodied the core values of providing world-class customer service and fostering synergistic relationships with clients.
2001 – Serendipity
Amidst the company's evolution, Glenn knew he had to begin shaping World Synergy's identity. While on a serene beach vacation, he stumbled upon two contrasting rocks that uniquely intertwined. This soon became the new logo and essence of the company's values. It represents an interplay of technology and marketing, grounded in harmony and balance.
2001-Present – Growing Strong
With renewed focus and a cohesive identity, World Synergy embraced its unified vision. In 2001, the team of nine employees transitioned from an office in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, to a new location in Solon, Ohio.
2017 – A New Office
As the team continued to grow, World Synergy outgrew its Solon, Ohio office. In 2017, the company made its most recent move to Beachwood, Ohio. Today, World Synergy stands tall as a team of skilled professionals, offering an integrated business services model. This is comprised of strategy, marketing, applications, technology, and security solutions.
